Attendance - SMART Attendance on RFID Technology enables an institution and Parents to track students through SMARD ID Cards. As soon as the student WALK-IN or WALK-OUT of the RFID gate, SMS alerts will be sent to respective parents informing them whether their ward has entered or left institution campus. Absentees alert will also be sent if any student has not come. In Addition to this, one can track by class attendance of a student

Institutions can send emergency alerts to Students/Parents and Staff. This is an authenticated Message which carries authorized signature and also the Mask of Institute name.

This module helps in maintaining the daily time slots of educational institutes, sends automated absentees alerts, IN/OUT alerts to respective parents and staff. Institute can also track the number absentees in a day.

Every Student/Parent will have a SMARTY account, any time they can login and see various reports and performances of their wards in graphical analysis.

A web based attendance marking system which immediately sends an absent note to respective parents. This can be an SMS or Email or Both sent to the registered mobile/email of parents.

Technology has played vital role in shaping up various industry, the same applies to education segment, gone are the days when attendance was taken in register and maintain the register became a cumbersome work. The present technology has enable where in Attendance registers are replaced with a TABLET which the teacher carries to class and login with ID allotted to faculty and automatically the class, section and list of students is shown in tab with default present marked. Once on un checking and submitting a SMS real time alert gets triggered to parent informing about the absence of their ward in institution.

Ultra High Frequency Radio Frequency Identification Device are kept at entrance and exit of school so that when students enter these devices send information and mark present and when students are absent automatically message is sent to parent. The normal ID card of school will be attached with RFID card which student carries around his neck.

SMARTY Demonstration to a customer will happen via a video call (Prefixed time slot) from INZ Axis. Else Dealer has to buy a demo sales kit to handle demonstrations at his office or client location. First line of support is via this helpline number and most of the issues will be resolved via phone. Next level of support will be via video call and the last mode would be campus/site visit which will be taken care by respective dealers. Irrespective of any issues the attendance will not be stopped, we have app/web based attendance marking system if in case the SMARTY device is under temporary maintenance. • Clean Desk Policy – Unnecessary papers are not allowed on the desk and post processing the confidential information is put under safe custody or destroyed.
• Information is available only on "NEED to KNOW" basis.
• Confidential Information is not accessible to all employees and will be available only to staff above certain designation.
• Key information such as mobile numbers and address is MASKED and "partially visible" even to your staff members.
• After publishing, the information gets locked automatically and cannot be modified without the permission from the "Head of the Institution".
